Previous tutoring at university in English Composition, essay editing, Beginner's Spanish, Art History/Humanities. I've also taught Developmental Reading at the university level. I enjoy helping others learn, to find that special way around whatever is blocking them so that they, hopefully, understand and find that "Ohhh!" moment. I am very enthusiastic about the subjects I enjoy. I've studied in the UK, listened to literature lectures in Charles Dickens' home, critiqued works of fiction in the British Library, studied paintings at the Louvre and British Museum. I think I have an outstanding concept of thinking outside the box, and welcoming other cultural perspectives into learning.
