As a teaching assistant I have used my background in engineering to help students who plan on entering a similar field. I have experience with Calculus, Algebra, Differential Equations, Trigonometry, Biology, and Chemistry. Much of the tutoring I have done in the past is with college freshmen and beginner engineers.Many of the students I tutored in the past struggled with the algebra and trigonometry involved with engineering. I used math drills and individual tutoring methods to make sure they were up to speed in regard to their peers.Outside of class I enjoy hiking, swimming, volleyball, history, and working with computers.
