Education
I have an Associate's in Elementary Education and an Associates in Business Administration. I attended Oklahoma State University-Stillwater for two years and am currently a student at Rogers State University-Claremore. I am currently close to completing my coursework to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Organizational leadership with a business focus and a minor in Spanish.
Experience
I have over 100 credit hours from my years in college and currently hold a 3.3 GPA at Rogers State University and was a Dean's Honor Roll Student at Oklahoma State University when I attended. College has honestly been my career for a while! Though unintentional, it has taken me some time to see where I want to put my educational focus due to me being one of varied interests. One of my educational loves is Spanish. Spanish is a language that has always come easy to me simply because I enjoyed speaking and learning it. I started learning Spanish in middle school and took classes throughout high school and college at both Oklahoma State University-Stillwater and Rogers State Univeristy and I have always excelled at the top of my class in this subject. I also have worked through the years around many people that speak Spanish as their native language and lived in areas where they were many Spanish speakers - so I had much practice with not only written, but also verbal Spanish. I stay current with my Spanish vocabulary and speaking abilities by listening to Spanish music, reading Spanish articles, and reviewing my various Spanish books I have kept from both universities I have attended. Additionally, I converse with fellow Spanish speakers whenever I have the opportunity. I also write poetry on a regular basis, for expression through writing has always interested me as well; Reading and English classes were my favorite subjects in school besides Spanish. I also love algebra, elementary algebra that is! Though not professionally, I tutored various peers in college (collegiate level) on everything from Math to Spanish and they always found my "breakdowns" of information very helpful. I always like things explained to me in layman's terms, and have noted that explaining things in the most simple way possible is the best way to help people to learn: to just make it as simple as possible, because many times it is simple! It is just many teachers/professors have different learning styles and some styles are more difficult to understand than others, and some students need more time to grasp concepts. I have the patience to work with any student regardless of their learning difficulties.

Hobbies
I am a homebody and love to spend time with family. I also love to get out in nature and enjoy it's silent beauty. I love to read books on different cultures, world history, language, self-help/motivational subjects, entrepreneurship and fiction. I am of Yoruba descent, one of the largest ethnic groups of Nigeria and love spending time studying the Yoruba language, as it is the largest African language spoken outside of Africa with over 20 million speakers. When I am ready to be adventurous I love to travel! I also enjoy writing poetry and practicing with my instrument called my voice! As I have been singing since I was a child. I love music from all genres: From blues to classical - Fuji music (Yoruba music genre) to the sounds of India, I love and appreciate it all! My expansion of interests really does show my expanded mind and perspective, I'd like to think this has helped me through college as I have studied various subjects including: Nursing, Spanish, Nutrition, and Business.
