Education
I received a B.A. in English from U.G.A. in 2000. I also studied with acclaimed poet Bill Knott at Emerson College, where I received a Master of Fine Arts in Poetry in 2004. Editorial Board for University literary presses for the last 10+ years.
Experience
I have substituted on the elementary level. I also taught seven courses in one semester (Fall 2010) at Bacone College, Muskogee, OK. In fall of 2011, I tutored a college student who completed her English Composition I course with an A. I have a relentless passion for writing, reading and literature. It is my desire to inspire others to improve their language skills and enjoy reading, writing and learning. 2008 Tulsa Co. Library 1st Place Prize for Unpublished Poetry.
